Patons Lace Crochet Ruffle Scarf

If you run a small business, you will know how hard it is to get things done!
I have been working on this crochet ruffle scarf for 4 years now and finally it is finished! You know how it is, life gets in the way, other projects and new yarns take precedence and older projects get shoved aside, right? This year I made a promise to myself to finish all of my WIPs. This one is the first cab off the rank – lol! And 2014 is almost over. šŸ™‚

Anyway, the pattern is a free crochet one from Patons USA/Spinrite Yarns. The yarn is Patons Lace – and I used a plain cream one called Vintage along one side and the variegated/self-striping colour is Sachet – purples and greens with some white. It is surprisingly warm and very lightweight as the yarn is a blend of acrylic, wool and mohair. It also works up very quickly as you crochet in double-trebles for most of it.

Patons Lace also comes in a Sequin version if you prefer some bling and this would be great in this scarf too.
